Sure, just come down and purchase your tickets in person at our box offices at Slim's or GAMH - we don't charge any fees!
The only way to guarantee yourself seating is to purchase a DINNER ticket. Otherwise, seating is based on the size of the crowd and is never guaranteed (unless, of course, the show is being billed as 'seated').
ADA accessible seating is also made available at every show. Just purchase a regular ticket, then give our box office a call and they can put you down on our list for the night.
You can purchase a Dinner Only upgrade in-person at the Slim's or GAMH box offices or by faxing or emailing in our downloadable order form. Dinner seating is extremely limited, so if the section has already sold out, we will not be able to accommodate.
All of our tickets for Slim's and GAMH are General Admission unless expressly stated otherwise. That means there are no assigned seats, it's an open room and you can go where you want. The amount of tables and chairs available on the main floor depends on the size of the crowd, so you shouldn't expect there to be any seats available at very popular shows. If a show is billed as 'seated', that means there will be chairs, however, they are still GA, first come, first served. ADVANCE simply means tickets purchased in advance of the show. DOOR tickets are tickets purchased beginning an hour and a half before the Doors open - sometimes the Door price is slightly higher than the Advance price, so it's always best to buy early. With a DINNER ticket, you're purchasing a regular ticket to the show and paying an extra $24.95 on top of that price to receive a 3-course prix fixe dinner (start with a salad, choose your entree, choose your dessert), priority admission when the doors open and seating in our upstairs balcony section. Any additional VIP or Meet & Greet packages will specify what is included.
We have a big search icon in our header - if you click on that and type in band names for main acts OR supporting acts, you should be able to find the event you are looking for. If you aren't sure of the names of the bands, you can also look by date in the calendar view.
The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print. Can't find them or not sure if you have an Eventbrite account? Just enter your email address at "https://eventbrite.com/gettickets". You can also log into the Eventbrite app or reference the Tickets page within your account. If you think you typo'd your email address, you can check on "https://eventbrite.com/gettickets".
